Mario Martinez is an associate in the West Palm Beach office of Haug Partners, where his practice focuses on intellectual property strategy and enforcement.

Mario received his Master of Law from UC Berkeley School of Law along with a certificate in intellectual property.

At Berkeley, Mario served as Class President, Associate Editor for the Berkeley Technology Journal, and was selected to be a member of the Samuelson Law, Technology, and Intellectual Property Clinic.

Prior to graduate school, Mario attended the University of Miami School of Law while clerking at local intellectual property boutique firms.

Mario also interned at the Miami Dade State Attorney’s office where he gain trial experience serving as first and second chair on several trials.
