On November 5th, Aakruti G. Vakharia will moderate at the 2022 National Asian Pacific American Bar Association (NAPABA) Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Her panel is “Can Your Client (Anti)Trust You? How to ‘Hatch’ a Procompetitive Settlement Plan”, and will explore Hatch-Waxman litigation and settlements, FTC v. Actavis, and its lasting implications for what is permissible vs. anticompetitive behavior in the pharmaceutical antitrust space. She will be joined by Luna Barrington, Partner, Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP; Esther Oh, Partner, Joseph Saveri Law Firm; Rohit Singla, Partner, Munger Tolles & Olson LLP; and Anna Aryankalayil, Attorney Advisor to FTC Commissioner Noah Joshua Phillips, Federal Trade Commission.
