On August 16^th, JAMS and the Asian American Bar Association of New York’s (AABANY) Alternative Dispute Resolution and Litigation Committees will present a panel discussion on International Arbitration, with Aakruti G. Vakharia serving as moderator.

This primer on arbitration will explore what this dispute resolution method is and its usefulness in resolving international and cross-border matters, as opposed to international litigation in certain situations.
