OVERVIEW
Tomer Lehr is an associate in the New York office of Haug Partners and focuses on Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings and federal litigation in the areas of trademark, unfair competition, copyright, and trade secret law.
Tomer works on intellectual property proceedings across a number of sectors, enforcing and defending intellectual property rights. Tomer assists in developing customized strategies to fit the needs of each client.
Prior to joining Haug Partners, Tomer clerked for the Honorable LaToyia K. Jenkins, in New Jersey Superior Court. After completing his clerkship, and prior to joining Haug Partners, Tomer was working for a private firm where he tried cases, negotiated settlements, conducted depositions, and examined witnesses.
