Clarissa focuses her practice on trademark and copyright enforcement in the United States both in Federal Courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Clarissa assists clients in all stages of pre-litigation and litigation matters and has significant experience negotiating settlements relating to trademark disputes.

Additionally, Clarissa has frequently represented clients in domain name disputes before the World Intellectual Property Organization and has also managed a large number of cross-border trademark disputes involving adverse proceedings before multiple international trademark offices.

Prior to joining Haug Partners, Clarissa practiced at an international law firm where her practice focused on both trademark and copyright enforcement and strategy.

Clarissa graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law with a J.D. and received several honors including induction into the Order of the Barristers and the Order of the Coif. Clarissa also graduated summa cum laude from Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a B.A. in Philosophy graduating with honors and as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society.
