Haug Partners is pleased to announce that Partner Wan Chieh (Jenny) Lee has been named a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow and associates Chinmay Bagwe and Aakruti G. Vakharia as Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinders for 2023.
Ms. Lee has been identified as indispensable to key clients and teams and is invested in attorney mentoring and professional development and by being deeply engaged. Designed for lawyers with eight to 15 years of experience, the LCLD Fellows program connects high-potential attorneys with leading general counsel, managing partners and their peers for mentoring and career guidance. LCLD Fellows participate in training sessions and have opportunities to interact with key legal and business leaders of large U.S. corporations as well as managing partners from the country’s most prestigious law firms.
Mr. Bagwe and Ms. Vakharia have been identified as diverse, early-career emerging leaders. The Pathfinder program is designed to train high-performing attorneys who are early in their careers on foundational leadership and relationship-building skills. Participants are given opportunities to interact and network with their peers, as well as opportunities to learn from top leaders in the legal industry.
