Haug Partners named Law360’s King of the Legal Jungle

Today, Haug Partners was named Law360’s King of the Legal Jungle for clinching a precedential victory at the Federal Circuit.

The full Federal Circuit ruled Monday, July 11 in favor of Haug Partners client The Medicines Company, saying the on-sale bar invalidating a patent is triggered only by a transaction that “bears the general hallmarks of a sale”.
