We are proud to announce that Haug Partners LLP has achieved Mansfield Certification Plus!
Mansfield Certification Plus, awarded by Diversity Lab, measured the structural changes and steps law firms took over the past year to ensure that paths to leadership – including lateral hiring, client pitch teams, promotions, appointments, and more – are open and transparent to all qualified lawyers. The “Plus” designation indicates that a firm has not only advanced in its steps to increase inclusivity, but has made measurable progress in doing so. Only about half of the Certified firms achieved this honor this year.
Haug Partners has undergone this effort alongside other top-tier firms and many legal departments (including some of our clients). Over the last year, our talent team participated in monthly Knowledge Sharing calls with 150+ other law firms and Diversity Lab to exchange best practices on fostering inclusive workplaces. We are leveraging this network to evolve and improve our talent practices and offer what we’ve learned to others as well. Ensuring that Haug Partners is a place where everyone can thrive and advance is the goal.
