Associates Aakruti Vakharia and Chinmay Bagwe were selected this year to represent Haug Partners as Pathfinders at the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (“LCLD”). As a part of the LCLD Pathfinders program, participants engaged in a seven-month professional development program focused on foundational leadership and relationship-building.

Aakruti and Chinmay began their journey in the 2023 LCLD Pathfinders program in March 2023 at the LCLD Spring Meeting in San Diego, CA. The program continued throughout the year with various in-person and virtual sessions and culminated at the program’s Fall Meeting in Washington D.C. two weeks ago. Both Aakruti and Chinmay successfully completed the full program and demonstrated high levels of participation at group events. Additionally, Aakruti also served as a peer circle group leader. At the Fall Meeting, Aakruti and Chinmay were recognized with the Atlas Award for their high levels of engagement and commitment to the LCLD Pathfinders program.

Aakruti and Chinmay now join a strong LCLD Alumni network of more than 5,000 attorneys to build upon the relationships and leadership skills acquired during the LCLD Pathfinder programming year.
