Anjali Dhamsania is a rising 2L at Vanderbilt University Law School, where she is the incoming President of the South Asian Law Students Association and Vice President of the Vanderbilt Intellectual Property Association. She graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland, with a focus on biopharmaceutical process development. During her undergraduate studies, she also spent four years researching the fabrication of soft, magnetic films.
Anjali chose Haug Partners because of the firm’s wide expertise in life science litigation and its close-knit environment. In her free time, she enjoys baking, watching all sports (especially Formula One), and trying new pizza places in the city.
Thomas Feil is a rising 3L at Seton Hall University School of Law where he is completing a concentration in Law and Technology specifically focused on Intellectual Property. During law school, he participated in the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition and currently serves as the Mentorship Chair for the Intellectual Property Law Students Association. Thomas graduated from Syracuse University with a B.A. in Biology and B.A. in Forensic Science. Prior to law school, he worked at the United States Food and Drug Administration as a Biological Science Technician.

Matthew Kelly is a rising 3L at University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law, where he serves as a Senior Editor on IDEA: The Law Review of the Franklin Pierce Center for Intellectual Property. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of Texas.

Malorie Ruggeri is a rising 3L at St. John’s University School of Law, where she serves as a legal writing teaching fellow and a staff member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. This past spring, she passed the USPTO Registration Examination. Malorie graduated from the University of Michigan with a B.S. in Philosophy, where she also completed extensive coursework in the life sciences.

Stella Vila is a rising 3L at the University of Miami School of Law, where she is a Dean’s Merit Scholar and a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society. During law school, she competed in the John T. Gaubatz Moot Court Competition and was a law clerk for the Florida Health Justice Project during her 1L summer. She holds a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Oakland University, where she conducted bioinformatics research.
