Jacqueline Marino is a Juris Doctor in the New York office of Haug Partners, where she works with teams focusing on intellectual property litigation and strategy.
Jacqueline supports the firm’s Trademark Group in connection with Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings, negotiation and with district court litigation. Jacqueline also has experience working on pre-litigation trademark disputes.
Jacqueline supports teams within the firm’s Patent and Commercial Litigation practices, including assisting with research, pre-litigation strategy, discovery, and motion practice.
Jacqueline graduated from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served on the board of the Entertainment, Arts & Sports Law Society and was a member of the Intellectual Property Law Society.
Jacqueline previously worked for the Wasserman Media Group where she was a member of the Team Sports division, working alongside agents on contract drafting and sponsorship execution matters.
During law school, Jacqueline also served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Donna Golia, New York State Supreme Court, 11th Judicial District.
Prior to attending law school, Jacqueline attended the University of Notre Dame where she earned a B.S. in Economics.
