OVERVIEW

Trenton Hatherill is a patent agent in the New York office of Haug Partners, where his practice focuses on patent prosecution. Trenton attained his Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School. While attending law school, Trenton served as an associate editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Quarterly Journal, where his note on the topic of the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act was published.

Prior to joining Haug Partners, Trenton worked as a patent examiner in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, where he meticulously examined patent applications related to diagnostic medical imaging technologies. He also earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Cincinnati.
