OVERVIEW

Noële Certain, Ph.D. is a patent agent in the New York office of Haug Partners, where she focuses on life science patent prosecution and strategy.

Prior to joining Haug Partners, Noële was a postdoctoral scholar at Yale University, where her research efforts focused on investigating mechanisms of neurodevelopmental disorders and identifying therapeutic targets. During her time at Yale, Noële was a Summer Associate for Yale Ventures Intellectual Property and Licensing, focusing on government compliance and Bayh-Dole Act reporting.

Noële graduated with her Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Pharmacology at Stony Brook University, where she focused on structure, function, and the pharmacology of glutamate receptors. Noële also received her M.S. in Biochemistry and Cell Biology at Stony Brook University.
