Sandy Kuzmich, Ph.D., the Firm’s Managing Partner and the Secretary of the Federal Circuit Bar Association (FCBA), moderated a panel at the FCBA’s Global Series in Milan, Italy held on November 1-3.  Her panel, titled “Hot Topics in Italy – Protecting Brand via Smart Trade and IP,” addressed diverse legal issues currently at the forefront of the intellectual property and trade communities in Italy.  The panelists, all based in Milan and experts on these legal issues, exchanged experiences and shared ideas before a global audience.
