Partner Rich Kurz to moderate New York City Bar panel discussion, “March-in Rights Under Bayh-Dole: A Discussion of the Framework for Agencies”

On Wednesday, June 26, Partner Rich Kurz will be moderating the panel discussion, “March-in Rights Under Bayh-Dole: A Discussion of the Framework for Agencies” from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. The panel will discuss the recently published “framework” for Federal agencies that fund research to exercise march-in rights under the Bayh-Dole Act. The Act addresses ownership and licensing of patent rights to inventions derived from government-funded research.
