On November 1, 2023, Partner Kaitlin Farrell and Associate Ali Berkin, Ph.D. will be speaking at the Centerforce IP Strategy Summit, New York.

Ms. Farrell will serve as a panelist on a panel titled “IPR & PTAB in the Vidal Era.” This panel discussion will examine the current state of affairs and strategies for navigating an increasingly intricate IPR landscape.

Additionally, Ms. Farrell and Dr. Berkin will lead a roundtable discussion titled “Fostering the Next Generation of IP Lawyers.” This session focuses on nurturing the upcoming generation of lawyers in the intellectual property space.
