Partner Brian Murphy to Speak at the AIPLA 2022 Annual Meeting
Partner Brian Murphy will speak at the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) 2022 Annual Meeting.
The AIPLA 2022 Annual Meeting will be held in National Harbor, Maryland from October 27th – October 29th, and will also be the celebration of AIPLA’s 125th anniversary. The AIPLA Annual Meeting serves for practitioners to connect and share ideas on current intellectual property issues.
Brian’s panel will be on October 28th and will focus on Post-Grant/Litigation for the AM Concurrent Track 1. His portion will be “In the Interests of Justice: Metes and Bounds of Additional Discovery at the PTAB”.
Joining him as Moderator will be Jonathan Bowser, Haynes and Boone, LLP, and as Speakers, Charles Macedo, Amster Rothstein & Ebenstein LLP; and James Donald Smith, Ecolab USA. The panel is eligible for 105 CLE minutes.
