On June 16, 2022, Partner Ben Natter participated in a panel discussion on international intellectual property protection in the fashion and design space during the European Trademark Association (ECTA) Annual Conference with co-panelists Louise Unmack, Pandora A/S, DK; Niccolo Ferretti, Nunziante Magrone, IT; and moderator Jordi Güell, GUELL IP, ES.

The panelists provided current trending strategies for both in-house and outside counsel, and discussed examples of relevant European and US case law. The panelists also discussed protection of virtual goods in the Metaverse.
