On October 17^th, Managing Partner Sandy Kuzmich, Ph.D. will participate in a panel discussion at the annual Women Influence & Power in Law (WIPL) conference. This year’s event will be held in New Orleans, LA from October 17^th-19^th.

WIPL serves as an opportunity for women in-house and outside counsel to connect and share ideas.  The unique event gathers 600+ high ranking women to share insights on topics like risk management, the future landscape of cybersecurity, crafting an ESG strategy, mastering transactions, the future of litigation, and more.

Joining Sandy will be Bonnie Gaudette, Executive Director, Corporate Counsel – Replimune, Inc.; Aimee Nolan, VP – Grainger; Bridget Smith, Assistant General Counsel, Head of Intellectual Property – Relativity Space; and Rachel Lovejoy, Chief IP Counsel – Space Exploration Technologies Corp. Their panel is titled “Building Your IP Litigation Tool Box.” They’ll explore how to successfully navigate protecting a company’s intellectual property as General Counsel and the essential components of building a robust and versatile strategy necessary for effective IP litigation.
