Haug Partners is pleased to announce that Partner Ralph Labaton has been named a Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow and associates Ali Berkin and Audrey Sparschu as Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinders for 2024.
The LCLD Fellows program offers high-potential, mid-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds at LCLD Member organizations with professional and personal development opportunities as well as leadership training, relationship-building resources and access to other LCLD Members, including managing partners and general counsel, for mentoring and guidance.
The seven-month Pathfinder program provides participants from LCLD Member organizations with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as career development experts and is designed to connect and train high-potential, early-career attorneys from diverse backgrounds with foundational leadership skills and relationship-building resources.
LCLD Fellows have distinguished themselves within their organizations by being deeply engaged, indispensable to key clients and teams, invested in attorney mentoring and professional development, and on a trajectory toward leadership positions.
Pathfinders are selected by the leaders at LCLD Member corporations and law firms, having been identified as early-career emerging leaders in their own right who have distinguished—or have the potential to distinguish—themselves within their organizations.
Other LCLD alumni at the firm include partners Sheila Mortazavi, Jenny Lee, and Camille Turner, and associates Chinmay Bagwe and Aakruti Vakharia. Managing Partner Sandy Kuzmich serves as the firm’s Executive Committee representative to LCLD.
