Haug Partners is proud to host the ABA Section of Antitrust Law Health Care and Pharmaceuticals Committee’s “Recent Developments.” The program is a series of telephonic programs on health care and pharmaceuticals legislative, regulatory, enforcement, and litigation developments. This program will cover new developments during the months of May, June, and July. Topics will include recent decisions in reverse payment and hospital merger cases and REMS legislation.
