Ben Natter, a Partner in the firm’s New York office, has been selected as a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) Harmonization of Trademark Law and Practice Committee.
This committee reviews and suggests policies on the domestic and international level through “treaties, trade agreements, special conventions, and other nonbinding instruments” that further the goal of harmonizing the trademark practice on a global level. Committee members will complete thorough investigations, and submit policy suggestions to the Board. They will also outline prospective treaty language, and advocate for INTA’s current policy positions to pertinent government leaders.
