Jessica Sblendorio has been published in the Transnational Dispute Management (TDM) journal in its Issue on Judicial Measures and Investment Treaty Law in the April 2019 publication.
The article “Judicial Intervention and Arbitral Awards: Expanding Human Rights Protections to International Arbitration in the Context of Enforcement Proceedings” has been co-authored with Paula C. Arias, Esq.
Their article focuses on the intersection of human rights and arbitration proceedings when an award is denied enforcement or is recognized by national courts, and engages in a comparative analysis of the different regional human rights systems.
