Partner Mark Chapman to Speak on a Panel at Practising Law Institute (PLI) Program

On October 5^th, Partner Mark Chapman will speak on a panel at Practising Law Institute (PLI)’s “Patent Law Institute 2023: Critical Issues & Best Practices New York.”

The panel’s session is entitled “A Look at PTAB Proceedings In Their Second Decade.” Joining Mark will be Christopher J. Coulson, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, as moderator, and Linnea P. Cipriano, Goodwin Procter LLP, and Lissi Mojica, Answers IP, as panelists. The panel will explore several topics, including statistics on PTAB proceedings, the rise and fall (or not) of Fintiv, and procedural and caselaw developments that affect PTAB practice.
