Joshua Farinas is an Associate in the West Palm Beach office of Haug Partners, assisting clients and the firm with intellectual property litigation and patent prosecution.

Mr. Farinas received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University, and graduated with honors (Cum Laude), while focusing his studies on Intellectual Property Law.

Prior to law school, Mr. Farinas while an undergraduate student, assisted with research efforts at the Miami Project to Cure Paralysis at the University of Miami, and at Florida International University under the direction of Dr. Jose Vega M.D., investigating pathological issues regarding spinal degeneration and prevention after traumatic event and the manifestation of glaucoma, respectively. Mr. Farinas graduated from Florida International University with a B.S. in Biological Sciences (pre-med track).
