Marie is a Law Clerk in the New York office of Haug Partners LLP.

Marie supports the Trademark Group with a variety of domestic and international trademark strategy, prosecution and enforcement matters.

Marie specializes in intellectual property issues that cross multiple jurisdictions and uses her international background and experience practicing in Europe and Asia to assist clients with development and implementation of cohesive intellectual property strategies with a focus on maximizing brand protection.

Marie also has significant experience navigating high-value anti-counterfeiting enforcement actions with a focus on the luxury goods industry and world-famous Italian and French brands.

Marie graduated from La Sorbonne School of Law and Aix-Marseille University. Recently, Marie obtained her Master of Law (LLM) degree from Fordham University in New York, focusing her studies on intellectual property and fashion law.

Prior to her studies in the United States, Marie worked for global law firms in Europe and China and as in-house legal counsel at the world luxury conglomerate, Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH).
