OVERVIEW

Laura Chubb is an intellectual property partner in the firm’s New York office whose practice has particular emphasis on patent litigation in the life sciences industry. Laura has litigated in U.S. District Courts across the country, provided global enforcement strategy, and has advised clients in a wide range of technologies and industries, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food products, dietary supplements, software, luxury goods and fashion, and consumer goods. Laura also has experience in patent-portfolio strategy, licensing negotiations and disputes, trademark litigation and procurement, and trade secrets. In law school, Laura graduated cum laude and was the Executive Production Editor of the Indiana International and Comparative Law Review.
