Jessica Stookey is an associate in the New York office of Haug Partners, where she focuses on patent and intellectual property litigation, particularly pharmaceutical patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Jessica graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she served as Executive Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal and was a member of Seton Hall’s Health Law Forum and Intellectual Property Law Association. During law school Jessica served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Tonianne Bongiovanni, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey.
Prior to attending law school Jessica earned a B.S. in biology from Allegheny College, where she conducted research in the field of reproductive endocrinology and completed her senior thesis on the teratogenic effects of pharmaceutical compounds.
