Emily Marshall Grigas is a law clerk in the New York City office of Haug Partners where she assists Clients and the Firm with intellectual property litigation.

Emily received her Juris Doctor from New York Law School where she was a member of the Innovation Center for Law and Technology.  As a member of the Center, she was able to concentrate her studies on Intellectual Property Law and develop an application that assisted with trademark registration.

Prior to Law school Emily received her Master’s in Fine Arts from the School of Visual Arts.  She also graduated cum laude from Denison University where she majored in Sociology/Anthropology and Studio Arts.
